Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans has issued a health update online, with the star sharing both good and bad news with her loyal legion of fans.
The 31-year-old MTV alum took to Instagram this week to talk about the esophagus spasms she's been enduring lately, which comes after her slew of "lung problems" and diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia.
Jenelle, who shot to fame in 2009 when she starred in 16 and Pregnant, shared a snap of herself in a car this week and penned: "Good news: I don't have acid reflux."
Before adding: "Bad news: They still don't know why I have esophagus spasms."
Jenelle told fans in November 2022 that she had recently had four lung biopsies, suggesting that it was part of an investigation into her having "too much mucus built up in [her] system."
The MTV star also told fans last month how she underwent a procedure which led to doctors telling her about a "spot" they had detected in her right lung.
The doctors told the TV star that the "spot" might have been caused by vaping, but the mum-of-three claimed to have "never" vaped in her life.
At the time she explained: "Aspirating into your lungs is when food particles, or unknown chemicals, or acid reflux could be going up at night into your lungs while you're sleeping.
"And they say that the spot on my lungs that they tested is caused due to aspiration."
Earlier this year Jenelle also revealed that she had been diagnosed with the condition mycoplasma pneumonia.
The health issue is understood to be a bacterial infection, with her going on to tell fans back in February that she would be on antibiotics for three months.
Aside from starring in 16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom, she is also known for appearing on The Playboy Morning Show.
