Teen Girl Chased by 'Cat in the Hat' Figure Amid Sinister TikTok Trend Sweeping North America

A teenage girl was allegedly chased by a person dressed as the Cat in the Hat while walking alone in West Kelowna, British Columbia, as a disturbing social media trend involving the Dr. Seuss character moves beyond AI-generated posts and online threats.

According to reports, the incident happened at about 9pm on 24 August near Shamrock Drive, according to police.
