Youth crime debate flares as teen dies in pursuit crash

A teenager is dead in an allegedly stolen car after a 100km police pursuit that has triggered renewed calls for harsher laws to stem youth crime.

Three other teens were injured after police deployed tyre spikes to stop the vehicle in the outback NSW town of Bourke.
