A teenager is in a serious condition after a crash.
The boy was riding an electric bike when he was involved in a crash with a Lexus car in West Derby. The crash happened at around 8.05am on Tuesday, September 20, at the junction of Deysbrook Lane and Princess Drive.
Police have put a cordon in place at the scene while investigations take place. They have confirmed that the boy suffered head injuries and is in a serious condition.

Detectives said the driver of the car stopped at the scene and is helping police with their investigation. Anyone with information is asked to speak to officers.
A spokesperson for the force said: "We are currently at the junction of Deysbrook Lane/Princess Drive in West Derby following reports of a collision involving a car and an electric bike. We were contacted at 8.05am today, Tuesday 20th September, following the collision between the bike a Lexus car.
"A teenage male who was on the bike has been taken to hospital with a head injury and is in a serious condition. The driver of the car stopped at the scene and is assisting with enquiries.
