Teen boy dies in Edinburgh after emergency incident at Holyrood Park

A teenager has sadly died following a huge emergency incident at Holyrood Park in Edinburgh on Wednesday evening.

Police, paramedics and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service rushed to the Salisbury Crags area of the park shortly after 5pm following a concern for a person report.

Officers confirmed that a 14-year-old male youth was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
