Six people have been charged with attempted murder after a man was gunned down in a south-west London cul-de-sac.
The 28-year-old man was shot in the chest on Friday, February 10 at Newhouse Close, New Malden.
He was rushed to hospital in a critical condition but his injury has now been deemed as non-life threatening.
All six suspects are charged with attempted murder, attempted robbery and having a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence.
Amadou Bah, 18, of Caverleigh Way, Worcester Park, Naomi Conteh, 18, of Dorking Close, Worcester Park, and James White, 18, of Russell Road, Mitcham, were charged on Tuesday February 14.
Since then Neil Jackson, 20, of Aldrington Road, SW16 and Joshua Bowman, 18, of Glebe Court, Mitcham and a 17-year-old boy have been charged with the same offences.
All six are due to appear at the Old Bailey on March 16, for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
Trident detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command continue to investigate the incident.
