Cathay Pacific Airways and Hong Kong Disneyland have both experienced technical issues impacting their operations, amidst a wave of tech disruptions affecting airlines and businesses globally.
Cathay Pacific Airways has reported that its online flight booking service is currently unavailable, as stated on its website. Additionally, the airline mentioned that self-service check-in facilities at Hong Kong International Airport are also not operational due to unexpected technical problems. Passengers are advised to allocate extra time for check-in procedures while the airline works on restoring its services promptly.
On the other hand, Hong Kong Disneyland has faced challenges with its online ticketing system, attributing the issue to an unforeseen computer system outage. As a result, park visitors are encouraged to purchase on-day tickets from a ticket booth located at the park's entrance until the online system is back online.
Despite these disruptions, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed that its operations remain unaffected by the technical issues that have impacted other entities in the region.
