As Russia orders troops into two rebel-held regions in eastern Ukraine, security expert Richard Bingley from the Global Cyber Academy says there’s a heightened risk to British cybersecurity from tensions between Moscow and the west.
It came after British defence secretary Ben Wallace said military personnel were ready to launch a digital strike if Moscow targets UK computer networks.
Wallace told the Commons the UK has “offensive cyber capability” led from a base in north-west England.
