A restaurant which boasts some of the best views in Swansea has been bought by a rapidly expanding family business, it has been announced on social media
Castellamare in Bracelet Bay in Mumbles is said to have been taken over by The Secret Hospitality Group, the business which runs The Secret Beach Bar and Kitchen on the seafront at St Helens.
It is the l atest venture by siblings Ryan and Lucy Hole, who are also due to open The Green Room next to Swansea Arena, which is due to host its first performances later this month.

The acquisition means the company has said it is opening two new businesses in Swansea in the same month.
In a message posted on social media, Ryan Hole said: "Absolutely chuffed to finally get this over the line and welcome Castellamare to The Secret Hospitality Group.
"I’d like to personally thank [previous owners of Castellemare]the Dilulio family for their co-operation during a lengthy negotiation process.
"Excited to show everyone our plans to transform one of Swansea’s most iconic venues into one of Wales’ premier hospitality destinations.
"Opening 2 x new venues in the same month on the back end of a pandemic!"
The news comes just a week after the business revealed the name of The Green Room, which will open when the 3,500 capacity Swansea Arena hosts its first 'house-warming' events on February 25 and 26.
Castellemare becomes the latest business owned by the group, which also runs The Optimist in Uplands.
