Signing bonus dangled as third teacher strike looms

Public school teachers are in line for a one-off bonus under a state government's latest pay and conditions offer designed to head off a third statewide strike.

Victorian Education Minister Gabrielle Williams put the sweetened offer to the Australian Education Union's state branch on Monday morning.
