A former teacher's aide accused of using fake online profiles to engage in child prostitution has been granted bail despite concerns he could run into his alleged victims on the street.

Thomas Gottaas, 19, was arrested on January 21, about two months after police officers swarmed his home seizing numerous electronic devices.
