Ex-teacher bailed on child abuse charges

Sydney

A former teacher at a Catholic boarding school south of Sydney who allegedly repeatedly sexually abused two young teenage boys has been granted bail.

Brian Walter Napper, 74, was arrested at his Lakemba home on Tuesday and was charged with 13 historical child sexual abuse charges.

The boys, then aged 13 and 14, were allegedly abused on numerous occasions at Chevalier College in Burradoo between 1985 and 1987.
