Tayto Park is no more - with the theme park and zoo being renamed Emerald Park from the start of 2023.
The new name was unveiled today by Charles Coyle, General Manager of Tayto Park, and work is underway to rebrand all elements of the Park before the new year.
Bosses say that Ireland is often referred to as the Emerald Isle by international visitors, and Meath is known throughout Ireland for its lush green countryside, so the new name has "relevance and resonance."
