It is important to note that one of the posts shared by Trump is satire, featuring fake AI-generated photos of 'Swifties for Trump' in reference to a thwarted planned terrorist attack at Swift's Vienna concerts.
Swift's fans, known as Swifties, have become politically active this election cycle. Following President Joe Biden's endorsement of Vice President Kamala Harris, a group of Swift's fans formed 'Swifties for Kamala,' which is not officially affiliated with the singer. This group has mobilized Swift fans to support Harris and other Democratic candidates, amassing over 60,000 followers.
While there is no official 'Swifties for Trump' group, Swift does have conservative, pro-Trump fans who express their support for the former president on their individual social media accounts. Trump's campaign spokesman mentioned that 'Swifties for Trump' is a growing movement.
