The Chiefs reportedly will have their newest superfan back at Arrowhead Stadium on Thursday night, as pop star Taylor Swift is expected to make a prime-time appearance when the team faces the Broncos on Thursday Night Football, per TMZ Sports.
It’s noteworthy timing for a number of reasons, specifically due to Kansas City tight end Travis Kelce being listed as questionable for the matchup due to a knee injury. If Swift does indeed attend the Week 6 matchup, it will mark her third Chiefs game in four weeks, as she only missed last week’s matchup against the Vikings in Minnesota.
Swift’s debut appearance at a Chiefs game was in Week 3 against the Bears, when she spotted sitting with Kelce’s mom, Donna. Swift and Kelce have been linked for more than a month as dating rumors swirl.
Most recently, it was reported that Swift’s feelings for Kelce are “legit” while the Chiefs tight end was said to be “completely smitten” with the pop star, according to Us Weekly. One thing that’s certain is Chiefs fans and Swifties alike will be on watch for Thursday night’s game.
