Taylor Swift has now been mentioned during Gwyneth Paltrow's courtroom drama.
The actress has been appearing in court over a ski collision that happened back in 2016. Terry Sanderson claims Paltrow slammed into him in a “full body hit” while skiing at the Deer Valley resort in Utah, leaving him with permanent injuries, and is seeking $300,000, but Paltrow says he is the one that crashed into her, and is countersuing for $1.
In the latest instalment of the trial, Paltrow was questioned over her relationship with Taylor Swift, who famously was seeking $1 in 2017 after winning a groping trial against former radio host David Mueller, which she was awarded. Sanderson’s attorney Kristin VanOrman asked Paltrow if she got the idea to seek a symbolic $1 in damages from Swift.
