Taylor Swift in Scotland - when should I receive my Ticketmaster email and what if I don't get one?

Fans have been warned that registering in advance for Taylor Swift tickets is no guarantee they will receive a purchase access code.

The Cruel Summer singer will be heading on her Eras tour soon and is heading to Scotland for two nights performing at Murrayfield Stadium on June 7 and 8.

But when can you expect to get tickets and what happens if you don't get an email? Here is what you need to know.

When should I get my Taylor Swift email from Ticketmaster?

In order to have the best shot at getting tickets, fans should have registered in advance on Taylor’s Ticketmaster site before June 22 and today (July 5), Ticketmaster should send an email letting fans know whether you’ve received an “on-sale code” or placed on a waiting list.

As part of the singer's Eras Tour, tickets will be provided on a first come first serve basis.

When should I expect my Taylor Swift Eras tour access code?

According to Ticketmaster, "if you are selected to receive an access code, you will receive an email the afternoon before the ticket sales begin per the schedule above. This email will include timing details and a link to where the on-sale will occur, and your unique, non-transferrable access code."

What should I do if I don't get a Taylor Swift email from Ticketmaster?

If you do not receive an email, you will be placed on a waiting list until a later date until further tickets become available.

Ticket sale registration is being used to filter out buyers looking to resell tickets and ensure genuine fans have access to the show.
