Taylor Swift 's fans believe she split up from Joe Alwyn over a week ago after they noticed a setlist change on her Eras tour.
The singer, 33, and the British actor have reportedly gone their separate ways after six years together due to struggling to make it work, according to sources.
Now fans have speculated the hitmaker actually split from her beau on March 31 as she sang The 1 for the first time ever.
Swiftie's suggested her performance of the breakup song was Taylor's way of hinting about her split from Joe.
The new song replaced Invisible String, which is about soulmates who are being drawn together by fate.
"Taylor and Joe broke up a few weeks ago. They simply grew apart and plan to remain friends," a source told Mail Online.
"In her last show she replaced invisible string with the one… this is real," wrote a fan.
Another added: "Y'all. Swapping 'Invisible String' for 'The 1' Taylor Swift at #TheErasTour was telling us something."
"I think for this reason Taylor was singing 'the 1' instead of 'invisible string' during the latest dates of #TSTheErasTour," someone else pointed out.
Joe was the source of inspiration behind many of the award-winning artist's songs during their time together.
Luckily for Swiftie fans, their girl is said to be doing ok and the split wasn't "dramatic" and was in fact very "amicable".
"The relationship had just run its course. It's why [Alwyn] hasn't been spotted at any shows," an insider said, with Page Six claiming that the pair broke up "a few weeks ago."
The pair hadn't been pictured together for about five months having last been spotted together in New York in October.
Taylor and Joe coupled up shortly after her high-profile split from actor Tom Hiddleston.
Following the public relationship, the Anti Hero singer vowed to keep her romance with Joe private.
In an interview with Vogue magazine in 2018, Joe spoke about Taylor: "I'm aware people want to know about that side of things. I think we have been successfully very private, and that has now sunk in for people."
The pair never appeared on the red carpet together and stayed off each other's social media feeds.
Joe had even co-written music with Taylor on her past three albums, under the name William Bowery.
The Mirror has contacted Taylor Swift's representative for comment.
