Taylor Swift fans believe she has revealed the name of Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds’ fourth baby on her new album, Midnights - even though the pair has not had the child yet.
The 32-year-old singer - a close friend of Lively, who recently announced that she is pregnant - has a track called On Your Own on her album, which references a Daisy May.
She sings: “I see the great escape, so long, Daisy May. I picked the petals, he loves me not.
“Something different bloomed, writing in my room. I play my songs in the parking lot. I’ll run away.”
The lyrics have sent her fans into a frenzy of speculation that “Daisy May” is likely to be the name of the Hollywood couple’s baby.
Swift’s eighth album, Folklore, featured a song titled Betty, which was later revealed as the name of the A-list pair’s third daughter, who is three.
The Shake It Off singer’s sixth album, Reputation, featured the song Gorgeous, which had a voiceover from Lively and Reynolds’ first daughter, James, now seven.
She and Reynolds also share daughter Inez, five.
Referring to the new track, an army of her “detective” fans flooded Twitter to share their theories about the name, even though Lively has not even given birth yet.
One fan wrote: "Wait, Daisy May is the name of blake lively and ryan reynolds youngest child?"
Another said: "So Blake Lively will be naming her new baby Daisy Mae, right?" A third added: "Daisy May is definitely the name of Ryan and Blake’s baby. Follow the history people!"
Lively officially announced news of the pregnancy and revealed her baby bump on September 18, in an Instagram post. “Here are photos of me pregnant in real life,” she wrote in the caption.
The former Gossip Girl is expected to give birth in February or March of 2023.
Speaking of their children being name-checked by Swift, Deadpool actor Reynolds previously said on SiriusXM: “Obviously, the song has nothing to do with our kids other than our kids’ names, but I mean, what an honour.
“We thought it was pretty damn amazing. We still do.
“You know, I still walk down the street and shake my head thinking, ‘I can’t believe that happened.’”
