Many Taylor Swift fans have reported problems when trying to access the Ticketmaster and AXS waiting rooms.
Yesterday, the ECHO reported that some fans were struggling to log into their accounts on Ticketmaster and AXS. People can enter the waiting room up tp 30 minutes before the sale, so from 10.30am.
But there is a similar situation for some fans today as they try to get tickets for Liverpool and London. The popular singer confirmed last month that she would be bringing her critically acclaimed Eras tour to Liverpool, London, Edinburgh and Cardiff in 2024.
General sale will start on July 17, but presale began yesterday, Monday July 10, and is split over three days with each date having its own allotted time. If you pre-ordered Taylor's latest album Midnights from her official store, you should have received a presale code by email between Thursday, July 6 and Friday, July 7.
Yesterday saw the first batch of presale tickets go on sale for Edinburgh and London. But today, those wishing to go to Liverpool will be able to get their hands on tickets from today.
Fans have been taking to Twitter to share their frustration. User @chanchantal_ said: "@AXS_UK Hi, my account was blocked when trying to enter the waiting room for the Taylor Swift presale, and I don't understand why. Could you please give me some support?"
User Em wrote: "Can someone help me, @axs I refreshed the page to get into the waiting room once it hit 10.30 and it's blocked me out of the sale, this is SO unfair. I'm so upset."
Sharing a screengrab of her error page, Hannah added: "Guys I just tried to join the waiting room and this came up how long does it take to go away??"
Ticketmaster UK previously said: "If you're trying to access a presale please only use one device at a time. Close down all browsers/tabs, clear cookies & ensure you are following the correct presale link sent via email."
