Taylor Swift fans are in shambles after Ticketmaster crashed during the Eras Tour ticket sale

Taylor Swift is one of the biggest musical acts in the world, obviously. Her fanbase reaches a global scale. She’s so big that she completely overshadowed a Thursday Night Football game with a teaser for her Midnight album and y’all know how folks get about their football.

Anyway, you get it. Taylor Swift. She’s a big deal. So one would naturally think that when she says she’s going on tour in 2023 that ticket sellers would prepare themselves for massive amounts of traffic from fans trying to get those tickets.

Especially considering that this is Swift’s first tour in 5 years. This is going to be a big deal to a lot of people. Any ticket seller would have to be ready for that, right?

Plot twist: That did not happen. In fact, it was the complete opposite.

Before the presale tickets could even go live on Ticketmaster the website was actually crashing. Ticketmaster apologized for the disruption and has things working again.

But now, fans are stuck in long queues and sitting in the same virtual spaces for lengthy periods of time.

Basically, the Taylor Swift corner of the internet is in absolute shambles right now.

Good luck, Swifties. Clearly, you need a lot of it.
