Andrew and Tristan Tate's lawyers have acknowledged that some of the brothers' most extravagant displays of wealth on social media were staged or promotional, as they fight claims that their finances make them a flight risk.
According to court documents cited by the New York Post , the brothers' legal team described their online posts as "satire, hyperbole and promotion" designed to generate views, likes and income. The lawyers argued that the more outrageous the content, the more attention it attracted.
