Tate brothers due to appear in court after arrest in Florida

  • Controversial influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate are expected to appear in a US court on Monday following their arrest in Miami .
  • The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has confirmed it is seeking their extradition from the US to the UK over alleged sexual offences.
  • The CPS announced new charges against the brothers, stemming from allegations made by four additional complainants.
  • Andrew Tate faces 32 new charges, including rape, trafficking for sexual exploitation , assault and offences related to indecent images of a child.
  • Tristan Tate faces six new charges, including sexual assault, rape, and trafficking for sexual exploitation, with all alleged offences occurring between July 2010 and August 2017.
