Shares of Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV) declined 5% to Rs 330 on the BSE on Friday after the company reported a sharp 80% year-on-year (YoY) decline in consolidated net profit for the April-June quarter of FY27.
The auto majors' net profit fell to Rs 775 crore from Rs 3,924 crore in the same quarter last year, amid supply constraints, including a fire at a key component supplier, the Middle East conflict and a planned Jaguar wind-down.
