Tariff Woes Weigh on Crude Prices

April WTI crude oil (CLJ25) today is down -0.31 (-0.44%), and April RBOB gasoline (RBJ25) is down -0.0037 (-0.17%).

Crude oil and gasoline prices today are trading lower on concern that President Trump's plans to impose tariffs on major US trading partners on Tuesday will weigh on economic growth and energy demand.  Losses in crude are limited by a weaker dollar and stronger-than-expected Chinese manufacturing activity, which bodes well for energy demand.
