Targeting 30 pc EV sales by 2030, Bihar govt nod to policy amendments

Bihar Central Pay Commission Artificial Intelligence electric vehicle

The Bihar government on Wednesday approved amendments to its Electric Vehicle policy with the aim of ensuring that at least 30 per cent of all new vehicles sold in the state by 2030 are EVs.

The decision was taken at a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary.
