Taoiseach: Protocol deal will be difficult but there is good faith on all sides

Ireland’s premier has warned “difficulties” exist in reaching an agreement on the Northern Ireland Protocol but he said there is a “genuine desire” from all sides to do so.

Micheal Martin said space is now needed to allow the UK and the European Union to reach a resolution.
