Tanveer Sangha: Indian-origin leg-spinner in Australia provisional World Cup squad

NEW DELHI: Indian-origin uncapped leg-spinner Tanveer Sangha has been named in Australia's 18-member squad for the ODI World Cup to be held in India later this year. The squad would later be trimmed to 15, Cricket Australia said in a statement on Monday.

Born and brought up in Sydney, mystery wrist spinner Sangha hails from an Indian family that migrated from Punjab's Jalandhar in the 1990s.
