It’s not been a good week for the reputation of men in Westminster, amid the misogyny accusations levelled at an unnamed source who referred to the supposed distraction of Angela Rayner crossing her legs, and a shadow cabinet member alleged to have called a “rising star” MP someone who men want to sleep with.
