NEW DELHI: Long before Yogi Adityanath, BJP had another saffron-robed chief minister. Both became CM for the first time at the age of 44 and are known for their fiery oratory and deep commitment to the Hindu cause. But the similarities end there. While Adityanath takes oath on Friday for a second consecutive term, the original firebrand, Uma Bharti, remained CM of Madhya Pradesh for just eight-and-a-half months.
While there are several similarities between Adityanath, 49, and Bharti, 62, there are many differences too.
