Three houses are up for grabs on Caldy Road in the Wirral, one of the region's most sought-after locations.
The cheapest of the three is a £1.5m detached dwelling which was built in 1923, but has been given a modern facelift. It has five bedrooms, one of which boasts a balcony offering views of the Dee Estuary.
The modern revamp has made the property open plan, and its large garden has an access gate onto the National Trust Lands of Caldy Hill.

The second residence has six bathrooms and five bathrooms and is up for sale for more than £1.6m. Set within one acre, it also has a separate annexe.
The third, and most expensive at £1.7m, is hailed as a "detached dream", with seven double bedrooms and a footprint of more than 6,500 sq ft on a "sizeable plot". The large, modern, open plan kitchen/dining/living area has large sliding doors leading out to the gardens.
The central staircase leads to seven bedrooms - one of which has a balcony - and seven bathrooms.
According to Rightmove, the overall average price of a property on Caldy Road was £326,000 over the last year. Flats sold for an average of £272,000 but the larger homes regularly sell for upwards of £725,000.
Caldy has been home to a number of celebrities over the years, including the likes of Rafa Benitez and Robbie Fowler.
