Taco Bell has made keeping a fast-food order inexpensive a little easier with its Luxe Value Menu. The menu features 10 items priced at $3 or less, giving customers several choices without automatically moving into the higher-priced combo section. But a low price does not necessarily mean every item offers the same amount of food. Some choices are small snacks, while others are burritos and other more substantial items that can work as a meal on their own.
