The Syrian regime forces, in coordination with the Russian forces operating in Syria, carried out a “night parachute jump in several stages with full field equipment.”
Syria’s official news agency SANA said that the training was carried out “in cooperation with Russian trainers and air cover,” as part of the coordination and joint training between the Syrian and Russian friendly armies.
