Sydney FC have halted their worrying A-League Men slide with an emphatic 4-1 derby demolition of the Western Sydney Wanderers, led by teenage whiz Tiago Quintal.

Just five days after coach Ufuk Talay had questioned his side's character following a 4-0 humiliation at the hands of Melbourne Victory, the Sky Blues delivered their most impressive win of the season.
