An investigation has been launched after a man was found with head injuries on a walkway in Swords.
The scene was being cordoned off yesterday evening along the R132 with two garda cars and four members spotted on scene last night. The man was found at around 2.30pm yesterday afternoon.
He was taken to Beaumont Hospital for his injuries yesterday. Gardai confirmed to Dublin Live that an investigation into the incident is underway.

A garda spokeswoman told Dublin Live: "Gardaí were alerted to an incident this afternoon at approximately 2.30p.m. when a man was located with head injuries on the walkway off the R132. He was removed to Beaumont Hospital where he is being treated for his injuries. Investigations ongoing."
