The owners of the Swiss nightclub where dozens of people were killed in a blaze on New Year's Eve say they "can't sleep nor eat" after the tragedy, as investigators consider criminal charges.

At least 40 people died after a fire broke out in the basement of "Le Constellation", an exclusive venue in Crans-Montana in the heart of the Swiss Alps, at around 1.30am on Thursday morning.
