Swish Edinburgh St James Quarter pad hits the market with panoramic city views

An incredible apartment has hit the market inside the new and exclusive St James Quarter development.

As well as the new shops, restaurants and bars, the quarter also was designed to contain a series of top-of-the-range flats, which come with some panoramic views of Edinburgh. Located inside the 'New Eidyn' block, a three-bedroom apartment has now become available, however it does also come with the cool price tag of offers over £1,290,000.

Not exactly the cheapest, it is clear why the property is so pricey, with a prime central location, premium features and floor to ceiling windows to look over the capital. Coming with three bedrooms, the open plan apartment has a very modern feel to it, including a fancy but minimalist kitchen and kitchen.

However, if it sounds like something you can't wait to move into, you will have to be patient, as the apartment and development are still in the final stages of construction.

Speaking about the property, agents Rettie and Co said: "One of the largest regeneration projects in the UK, with retail, leisure and hotels injecting over £1 billion of investment into the city, its arrival has reaffirmed Edinburgh's reputation as one of the most exciting and forward-thinking destinations in Europe.
