Vandals caught on CCTV throwing Swansea restaurant's parasol and seating worth more than £2k into the water

The Anchor in Swansea Marina has been vandalised by a group of people seen on CCTV footage throwing more than £2,000 worth of outdoor property into the water.

The family restaurant is known to “repay the kindness to the community” by feeding the homeless during winter and anyone who needs a hot meal on Christmas Day.

But it has shared CCTV footage which shows a group of hooded individuals throwing some of The Anchor’s outdoor seating and a parasol umbrella into the marina, at 9.30pm, on Thursday, November 3.
