Piroe and Simms touted for swap move
Everton are reportedly weighing up a possible swap move by offering Ellis Simms in return for Swansea City striker Joel Piroe.
WalesOnline understands the Dutch striker is on the radar at Goodison Park, as well as Nottingham Forest, Leicester City and Southampton. There is also believed to be interest from Serie A.

Simms, meanwhile, has been heavily linked with a move to SA1, although several other clubs have also been mentioned as possible suitors.
Now, according to the Daily Mail, the Swans have floated the idea of a possible swap deal involving the two players.
Piroe has one year left on his current deal at the Swansea.com Stadium and he is believed to have told the club he has no intention of renewing.
An exit this summer therefore looks almost certain, although at the time of writing there hasn't yet been a concrete offer from anyone, despite the speculation.
GInnelly eager to get started with 'winner' Duff
New Swansea City signing Josh Ginnelly says he can't wait to get started under old colleague Michael Duff.
The 26-year-old was confirmed as a Swansea player on Monday, with the move reuniting the pair for the first time since their time at Burnley together.
“I knew the gaffer as a player, and the one thing I think everyone would say about him is that he is a winner,” he said.
“If you look at his career he has won things. He is completely about the team, it’s not about individuals, and I knew I would get that vibe from him because I knew him as a player.
“We had a couple of exchanges (at Burnley) but that was when I was a little boy, and he was a senior professional coming towards the end of his career.
“I was on the end of a few tellings off, but he is a great guy, and I am looking forward to working with him.”
Meanwhile, the club are expected to announce right-back Josh Key as their next summer signing in the next 24 hours.
Cadogan joins academy
Teenage midfielder Maliq Cadogan has joined Swansea City's academy.
The move, which is subject to international clearance, will see the 18-year-old link up with Anthony Wright's under-21 squad, having previously come through the ranks at Crystal Palace.
The youngster is capable of playing on both flanks, as well as in the centre of midfield, and head of academy recruitment Jack Chapman hopes he can now progress to the next stage in his development at SA1.
“Maliq is a player we have been aware of over the past few seasons at Crystal Palace. We felt that if available we could provide Maliq a platform to elevate himself.
"He’s quick and aggressive when one v one against defenders, and has dangerous delivery off both feet.
"The 'Swansea Way' is about dominating the ball and territory where we can find and isolate attacking situations. As we’ve seen with the under-21 group last season, we have pace and goalscoring threat and Maliq will add to that."
