Julian Winter and Josh Marsh are expected to leave their roles at Swansea City, WalesOnline understands.
The Swans are edging ever closer to securing fresh investment, with Nigel Morris, Brett Cravatt and Andy Coleman all expected to be involved in a cash injection worth around £10m to the club. The move will see the trio become minority shareholders.
It comes after what was a shambolic January transfer window for the club, with Swansea failing to sign a single player, despite seeing a number of men such as Michael Obafemi depart.

Given the expected changes to the ownership group, a number of key club matters such as contracts are yet to be resolved, including that of head coach Russell Martin and his staff whose current deals expire in little more than a year.
But, as part of the club's bid to become more aligned and ensure they learn from mistakes made in the past, the Swans are looking to appoint Luton Town's Paul Watson as their new sporting director while another top level appointment is expected imminently.
And WalesOnline understands key alterations to the impending Swansea.com Stadium shake-up will see chief executive Winter and head of football operations Marsh move on, most likely following the completion of the new investment.
Winter - whose playing career included stints with Huddersfield Town, Scunthorpe United and Sheffield United - joined Swansea in September 2020 and was tasked with operating as the bridge between those on the ground in SA1 and the majority owners in America.
As for Marsh, he landed the role of head of football operations in June last year, shortly after the exit of sporting director Mark Allen.
