ANDY FISHER 7
A mess at the back didn't help him with the opening goal, but Fisher produced two good stops to deny Karlan Grant and Brandon Thomas-Asante in the first half. Helpless with the second goal in fairness.
JOEL LATIBEAUDIERE 7
Got forward well considering the counter-attacking threat West Brom posed. Showed in the second half as well why Russell Martin is keen to see him stay.
BEN CABANGO 7
Got away with a loose pass that led to Grant's chance but, to his credit, recovered well to limit the Baggies after that. Some crucial defensive moments in what was a good old battle for Swansea's backline.
NATHAN WOOD 8
Oozed class in what were tricky conditions due to the heavy rainfall. Made plenty of clearances, the best of which came after Fisher denied Grant in the first half, and was as calm as you like in possession. A fine end to a brilliant season for the 20-year-old - who was named Best Newcomer of the Season as a result of his efforts.
RYAN MANNING 8
Put his side in trouble in the build-up to West Brom's opener but impressed after that. Made his fair share of defensive contributions though and really showed his worth in the second half. Teed up Olivier Ntcham and won the free-kick for Joel Piroe's dramatic winner.
MATT GRIMES 8
Typically impressive on the ball on a slick pitch, but his defensive work stood out. Keep those behind out of trouble time and time again with his work-rate and desire to retain possession.
OLIVIER NTCHAM - Star Man 8
Beaten to the ball as West Brom scored the opener in the 13th minute but ticked things over well enough. Grew in confidence as the match wore on, and having been much improved in the second half, the Cameroon international produced a fine feint before lashing home his eighth of the season. Great moment defensively had the home fans on their feet too. Superb.
JAMIE PATERSON 7
Put a few teasing deliveries into the West Brom box and played a vital role in teeing up Cundle as Swansea got back on level terms having gone behind. Went agonisingly close with a curling effort in the second-half but looked far more like his old self. Subbed.
LUKE CUNDLE 8
Looked full of confidence when attacking with the ball at his feet. Timed his run into the box to perfection to slot home his second goal in as many matches and his third of the campaign. Did well to create an opening for Paterson shortly after half-time in what was a lively showing.
JOEL PIROE 8
Made a brilliant run in the build-up to Cundle's equaliser and generally looked slick when getting on the ball. Free-kick to win it at the death was wonderful. What a player. 20 goals for the campaign and 44 in total in two seasons.
LIAM CULLEN 6
Fairly quiet in the first half in truth, despite his usual good work-rate. Withdrawn in the second half.
Subs
Ollie Cooper (for Cullen) - A bush shift from the academy product who got into promising positions and tracked back well a few times to help out. 6
Kyle Naughton (for Paterson) - Nice touch to get the long-serving defender a run-out. A great applause from the Jack Army in his honour, too. N/A
