STEVEN BENDA 7
Didn't have a save of note to make in the first-half and was comfortable in possession. Helpless with the goal, in fairness.
JOEL LATIBEAUDIERE 7
Made plenty of defensive interventions but got away with a slip that led to a good chance for Ross Stewart in the first-half. Easily beaten by Jack Clarke in the build-up to Sunderland's equaliser but did a lot of good work on the ball in fairness.
HARRY DARLING 7
Carried the ball upfield well and helped Swansea to stay high up the pitch. Not great for Sunderland's equaliser but was otherwise very solid.

BEN CABANGO 8
Made a number of vital clearances early on and was more than happy to get involved in the attacking play after Sunderland's red card. Snuffed out the danger when the Black Cats did manage to threaten.
RYAN MANNING 8
The Irishman was a tackling machine and put in so many dangerous crosses from the left flank. Did so well to stretch and claim an assist for Joel Piroe and then put in a brilliant cross for Liam Cullen's fortunate goal. Top shift once again.
JOE ALLEN 8
Read play well on numerous occasions to make some important tackles and interceptions. Oozed class on the ball once again. Really hitting top form after regaining match fitness.
JAY FULTON 8
Did well to tee up Joel Piroe from close range in the first-half and was largely slick on the ball. Made a number of interceptions which typified how well he reads play.
MATT GRIMES 8
Went close with an early effort and dictated play after Sunderland's red card. Fine ball to Manning in the build-up to Swansea's opener.
OLLIE COOPER 8
Vital touch that led to Sunderland's red card, and the academy product often had the home side on edge. Very accurate in possession and took his goal - his fifth of the season - incredibly well.
JOEL PIROE 8
Unable to bulge the net with an effort from close range in the first-half but was in the right place to tap home his 10th of the season. Perhaps selfishly shot when others were better placed moments before Cooper's rocket. Press was pivotal to keeping Swansea on the front foot though.
LIAM CULLEN 8
Worked hard and was perhaps fortunate not to concede a penalty before the red card. In the right place to put Swansea back ahead though. His fourth goal in six games. Subbed.
Subs
Olivier Ntcham (for Allen) - Was so confident on the ball given the space he had. Good impact. 7
Luke Cundle (for Cooper) - As above, but with little time on the pitch. N/A
Matty Sorinola (for Cullen) - Helped Swansea see out the game. N/A
