Manchester City have beaten Arsenal and Aston Villa to the signing of young Norway star Sverre Nypan.

According to The Athletic, City are now expected to beat a host of interested clubs to the Rosenborg teenager, who will move to the Eithad Stadium in a record deal for a player from the Norwegian league.
