Suzanne Jackson says husband Dylan's new fitness routine has one big diet change

Suzanne Jackson has revealed that her husband Dylan made one big change to his diet to help him focus on getting his health on track.

The Irish businesswoman says her husband “doesn’t really drink anymore” as part of his routine.

The beauty businesswoman from Skerries and her beau got married back in 2017 after a romantic proposal in the Maldives in 2015. The couple are now based in Portugal and Dylan has turned to gym classes, swimming, and cycling to get back to "peak health."

Suzanne told VIP Magazine: “Dylan doesn't really drink anymore. He has gone completely into the gym and is eating really healthy. He does swim classes at 9.30am; he is one of the fittest people there, he has been told.

"He has just got himself a bike and is going cycling, too. But Dylan has always been very sporty. He was even a pro golfer at one point.”

The couple have built an incredible lifestyle but they also have their own separate goals and challenges outside of their marriage. Suzanne admitted that her focus is business and that she is “very lucky to have Dylan” as he is “very supportive of me when I need him to be”.

She said: “When things go t*ts up - as they do in business from time to time - Dylan is there, but for now his main focus is trying to get himself back to peak health.

“We haven't changed over the years, but, as you grow older I do think it is important to have your own goals and interests as a couple. I have my life, he has his life and then we have a life together. I love the challenges in business, he fulfils those challenges in sport.”

Suzanne is set to continue to find the perfect balance between work and her personal life. She said: “Because I am so independent I love having my own space and my own goals. It can get hard in any relationship to find that balance we all change but you have to find what makes it work.”
