A 21-year-old man remains in custody after he was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday as part of an investigation into suspected arson attacks on properties and a car linked to Sir Keir Starmer.
Police are working “at pace” to establish the cause of the fires and “any potential motivation” as inquiries are ongoing, Scotland Yard’s counter-terrorism command said.
