Luigi Mangione, the suspect in the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, is set to be flown from Pennsylvania to a New York area airport. Multiple law enforcement sources have confirmed this information.

Following his appearance in a courtroom in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, Mangione has waived extradition to New York. This decision paves the way for his transfer to face murder charges in connection with the death of Brian Thompson.
