New Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear on September 15 a plea by IAS officer Pooja Singhal challenging a Jharkhand High Court order which dismissed her petition seeking quashing of a cognisance order in a money laundering case.
A bench of Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and V Mohana is likely to hear the matter.
