Supreme Court to hear on October 17 pleas challenging Section 6A of Citizenship Act

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday posted for hearing on October 17, 2023 pleas challenging the constitutional validity of Section 6A of the Citizenship Act inserted by way of an amendment in 1985 in furtherance of the Assam Accord.
