Hypebeasts and Supreme stans rejoice! The skater brand is back with its seventh tech-heavy collaboration with Stone Island — the label known for Italian functional apparel and button on logo tags.
The most inventive design from the Spring 2022 collection is the military-derived, thermo-chromatic fabric that makes up camo print jackets and cargo trousers. Impressively, they change colour with temperature change.
Elsewhere, a thick faux fur hoodie is a clear highlight. It comes with the Stone Island’s logo compass printed on the back, plus it is reversible with the brand’s classic Formula Steel shell fabric in yellow inside.
For those wanting to rock a little Renaissance, a white coat and t-shirt have front panels digitally printed with Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa.
On the accessories front, messenger bags and ‘the crusher’ bucket hats lead the way, and are printed in black, purple and beige with a white stripe and both brand’s logos.
So, if you are in need of a little street wear for summer, or looking to get ahead with your fake furs when temperatures inevitably drop again, take a browse ahead of the collection launch on May 12.
If the past Supreme drops are anything to go by, potential shoppers better be quick.
