The 1984 + 1 Gallery in Suphan Buri will host its first group show, titled "Suphan's Echoes", with an opening celebration on Saturday. Curated by fellow artist Preecha Raksorn, the group show features a wide range of thought-provoking works by established and upcoming Thai artists and will include painting, sculpture, multimedia and dance performances.
The theme of "Suphan's Echoes" is Suphan Buri. Here, 16 artists gather to have a conversation and exchange views on history, culture, community, beliefs, economy and environment. They ask questions and create works of art that reflect the stories and context of Suphan Buri.
